With so much information available today, people can easily find the products and services they need at the touch of a button. Changing the channel is easy and automatic, and it is hard to keep people in one place long enough to hear your message. Consumers are more likely to pay attention to a message from a name or face that they know, like and trust. If you haven’t been able to develop a strong reputation and a relationship with your audience, you will have a hard time getting them to listen."
